Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of our course(s) online, we can’t offer you a full or partial refunds.

To be eligible for a refund, your course should be eligible for refund as some of the courses fee cannot be refunded. A valid reason for refund should also be there. The refund option does not apply to Subscription Plan purchases, if available.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, mobile or TV app), and other factors.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Books not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pages.

Refunds

As a member, No refund is due to you if you request a refund after the 30-day time limit has passed. However, if the course you have purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons or has been discontinued, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 30-day limit.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of the content that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services.

KGF also reserves the right to refund members beyond the 30-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced courses may be refunded. Discounted courses cannot be refunded.
